SunTouch has NO “return wire” at the end of the mat like our competitors. The Open Mesh construction of the orange mat that carries the blue heating wires allows direct attachment to the subfloor and thinset to flow through and around the mat and which allows the tile to mechanically bond to the subfloor. This allows an Easy 1-step Installation over most Sub Floors.
